End Up 都是用家的錯

今回講到,英國購物好多時候都會有10年或者20年保養,上次買煮食用具都唔例外,買嗰時啲店舖員話有10年保養,你用到一半唔鍾意攞返嚟就得㗎啦。事原要買隻鑊 "WoK" 嚟炒餸,之前係 Tesco/sainsburys/Ikea 都用過但了解質素普通,上次行到個outlet見到呢間舖頭主打買廚房用具,做到好靚應該質量會好啲啦,見平平哋就試咗呢間 Procook,隻鑊講到好勁可以擺落焗爐用添 "oven safe to 260C" 。


結果呢一隻當然係英國版嘅 Wok 啦,同菠蘿包冇菠蘿差唔多。


用咗差唔多半年,主要烹調香港菜式,表面嘅圖層當然係完全剝落,非常癡底,影張相同佢哋嘅客戶服務聯絡。回覆首先問你以下問題,我嘅答案都俾你地睇啦:

--Don't really know this.

7. Which heat setting do you cook on generally?

--Min = 1, MAX =11, I use 8 ~ 11.

8. What type of cooking oil do you normally use?

--Flora, Sunflower Oil.1. How is the item washed and dried?

經過佢哋專業部門深入調查得到嘅回覆梗係話我用錯方法煮嘢食啦,係我煮爛佢隻鑊,因為用家用法錯誤所以保養唔包。佢話用隻鑊煮嘢食是應該用低至中火煮喎,網頁另外有一頁寫到明 (Cookware )。

其實對上買咁多隻鑊平均壽命四個月,唔怪得呢邊收垃圾管制得咁好啦,真心唔使買咁(好似)高級。
